P261B and cold heater core hoses

    im getting code p261b and the check hybrid system message. The pump seems to be working. (Replaced it under 10k miles ago).. The pump seemed to started giving me the message once it got cold here (assuming its from going below 60°f which I've heard some pumps want to give this message when under 60°f) I also noticed that my heater core hoses feel cold. I was wondering if this could be multiple issues or if its possible that I have a huge air pocket causing both these problems?
