p3190 on cold start up

    good morning folks.. i have a new to me 2004 prius with 258k on the clock and have some gremlins i'm having issues with . on a cold start, i have a p3190 code with the red triangle appear. engine will not start, however once i clear the code, the vehicle starts and drives as designed. once the engine has started and is up to temp, i do not have this problem again, until the engine cools ( i.e sits overnight) anyone have any ideas?

    Injectors? Spark plug and igniter condition? Dirty MAF sensor? Diluted fuel? A compression test?

    Check fuel line pressure which should be at least 43 psi.
