Ordered OEM mudflaps and a bumper protector. Now I have to wait for it to get warm enough for me to work on the car. I supposed I could wash off the wheel wells enough to get the work done but then I'd be cold and wet. The bumper protector though--- I'm not going to try and apply something with an adhesive in the middle of a Wisconsin winter.

Guess I didn't plan that very well.

I hear you man, now that both my Prius' are out of warranty I want to install EV buttons but its so cold I'm on the fence about doing it right now. This is why in Alaska they perform all maintenance in the fall even if its not due yet just so they have nothing to worry about during the long, dark freezing cold winter.

My situation is a bit different. I ordered the Shark Fin antenna for my future Prius PiP back in November 26. That was the day that American Express was having the Shop Small Business campaign.

Yes but it's rather useless except for moving the car in and out of the garage. It will not help gas mileage in any appreciable way. :)

I imagine it is also good for scaring the hell out of the neighbors.

I installed it in mine but it is kind of just a fun little gimmick. Some parts of my commute I can get into hyper stealth not burning any gas going over 70 km an hour but when I start out in the EV mode It turns on the engine once I go past 54 kmh and I can't seem to get into hyper stealth as easy.
I was a little disappointed as I froze myself working out in the cold installing the kit.
