Passenger Airbag Indicator in 2006 Prius

    Here's a silly question, but one that has been bugging me.
    On the passenger side of the dash there is a sign "Passenger Airbag". Adjacent is a bulb that illuminates "On" when I have a passenger in the front seat. However, when there is no passenger, I have no indication (i.e. no "Off" indicator).
    Is this normal to have only the positive indicator? :huh:

    Yes.

    It'll say "OFF" when you have something or someone in the passenger seat AND the seatbelt buckled but weigh lower than the weight threshold required to activate airbag deployment.
