Passenger door only goes 1/2 down and door doesn't open with window down

    just a guess, but it sounds like the window has gone off the rail, and is jamming against the door lock mechanism. you'll have to pull off the interior panel for a look see.

    Try rebooting several times with Power button. Then try window switch from both positions. Could just be a electronic anomaly bu Bisco is correct it sounds mechanical.

    Also I don't think it's a good idea to actuate window with door open, I also only actuate one window at a time.
    My personal hang up.

    I am not sure, I think it's the thing that is supposed to keep the doors open, another symptom the door doesn't stay open

    I'm with bisco on this, just remove the interior trim and take a look.

    Has there been any work recently done on that door?

    the door opening stop is pretty far forward, and unlikely to be a cause. they typically wear out on cars as old as yours.
