Passive relock activating even tho doors opened

Recently had car in to panelbeaters and since I’ve had issues with doors. The passive relock still locks even if you open any of the non driver doors. Nearly caught me out locking keys in a few times. Can this be te programmed? Note I have a Japanese import in nz, aftermarket audio system, no English manual & in car display is in Japanese. 2010

also have issues with my auto lights staying on despite turning car off, flattened my battery the other day. Could this be related?
