Peeling black paint on engine mount

Hello,

I just took delivery of a new 05 Prius BC. I noticed that some of the shiny black paint on part of the engine is peeling off. I am concerned that this paint is a rust-proofer, and that this will lead to rust of the metal component which appears to be an engine mount. It's visible in the engine compartment, on the driver's side, near the front. Pictures are available at the URLs below. If anyone knows whether this is a problem, let me know. I'm leery of having the dealer do anything about this, for fear that it will require them to disassemble things and potentially not put them back as well as was done at the factory.
