They definitely have that 'in your face' thing going on. They always have. It's difficult to imagine anyone who agrees with them on everything but if you get past their profanity and arrogance, they tend to take something that is accepted by a lot of people and then turn it around. I disagree with them on several issues but they still make me think and that's one of the things that I live for.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I have never heard of a liberal looking to appeal the second amendment. I HAVE heard of many trying to limit personal ownership of automatic weapons (also known as assault weapons) and hand guns (because they're most often used in violent attacks). I, personally, would never try to tell hunters they can't own rifles or shot guns, nor would I support those who may try. If anything, I think the discussion should revolve around semi-automatic weapons.
