Periodic clicking sound from hybrid drive

I have a 2009 Prius. When the car is driving or idle I hear this. Clicking sound coming from the hybrid drive. It's about every 8 and 1/2 seconds this sound begins and it goes for about two and a half seconds every time. It isn't accompanied by any performance issues that I can tell. But it's loud enough that I can hear it from inside the car very clearly. This recording is made from under the hood.

Does anybody have any idea what this is? Is it something I can fix myself? Thank you so much.
