I know this type of thread has been out there before, but I had to renew the tags on my Prius, thought long and hard and decided to go with

    SYNRGY

After all the results are more than just the of the parts.

I plan to get vanity plates on my Prius too when it arrives, though I'm not going to give it a hybrid-related name though, I got something else in mind.

    Good choice on SYNRGY

    Love LETRICK too.

Mine is NOFUELN. The license plate is surrounded by a plate holder which says "This is my war on terrorism" and NOFUELN is a play on words which supports that statement. No fooling. lol

I don't like them myself, maybe because I can never come up with anything good. I saw one the other day

    NTALLGS

which I deciphered as "not all gas", which of course is wrong as the Prius, unless modified (plug-in, solar, fusion reactor, etc), gets 100% of its energy from gas. Maybe I'm just too picky.

I ordered "MPGXL", they only allow 5 letters when you order a vanity plate and its also a handicap as well.
But on the brighter side, the state of Indiana is bringing back"IN GOD WE TRUST" Which I believe is long over due from being the standard;ALSO, my buddy hyo sliver is a big fan of "IN GOD WE TRUST"

I ordered "MY PRIA". Pria for Prius of course, and pria (or priya) in my language Sinhala means "pleasent to look at", "darling" or "I like/prefer it".

    1STGEAR

The Prius only has one gear right?

    Well, not really.

It's true that the Prius has an electronic shift lever with one "drive" position (excluding the "B" engine-braking position).

But as for actual gears, the Prius has an electronically-controlled continuously variable transmission (E-CVT). There are gears, but they don't "shift." For more, read this Wiki article.

    Still, I like 1STGEAR.
