Has anyone gotten this to work? Every call to the car simply displays "Incoming Call", even though my T616 matches it to the phonebook entry and displays the caller's name. Is there a trick to it? Do I have to shorten the entire name on the phone itself to exactly match the limited character length of the Prius phonebook?

It would be great to not have to pick up the handset each time...

Nope, it doesn't even display the number. It just says "Incoming Call" which is totally useless since I obviously already know that! Any ideas? Is there something specific in the T6xx that you need to do?

The goofiest thing on the whole car is this. The name and phone number of the incoming car only displays when the car is travelling less than 5 mph. Check it out. I have no clue what the reasoning behind this could have been.

How old is your car. Maybe they changed it.

Perhaps they have corrected this issue in later versions, like the info screen toggle feature that seems to have been added right after my car was built in late february.

I bought my car at the end of july but I can't see the incoming call number.

My info button toggles between energy and consumption.

    Any updates on this?

Do I need a firmware update??

The incoming phone number is only displayed when the vehicle isn't moving, otherwise it's blanked out. Yes, it's an incredibly stupid way to do it, but it apparently is tied to the other phone disabling features. If you add the BT phone speed defeat switch, like I did, you just fllip the switch while the phone's ringing to see who it is before answering.

Kev1000000 seems to have no problems. I wonder what his car's software version is.

    I just noticed,
my car shows the name if the number is in the phonebook. The number appears when I am going very slow.

I don't see the numbers on the 1-touch dial screen when moving.

Since I can see the person's name when driving, I think I am fine with my version for now.

You said "when going very slow". How slow? Does the name disappear when you speed up? I still suspect it's tied to the speed sensor.

I think it is the 5mph they are talking about. When I speed up all the numbers disappear, including 1- touch dial, but the names don't.
