This is one of a couple of Prii which the Parking Enforcement Department here in Sacramento has cruising the streets looking for scofflaws.

It's four cameras can read license plates and record the time and location (GPS/map enabled) and issue a ticket if the car overstays the parking limit . . . even if the car illegally moves a few spaces.
