Piece fell from passenger side. car started doing a lot of noise.

    Hi everyone, i wanted to ask you guys about something that happened recently

    one day, while cleaning the car, i found this little piece at the passenger side, under the carpet.

    probably it went under the carpet and is from some place in the dashboard since i cannot find a place for this piece.

    anyway, after i found this piece, the car has started to do some clanking plastic noises as if a plastic piece is clashing with something in the glove box or above it. i guess this piece does something there and is the cause of this.

    i don't know where this piece goes and if any of you could help me i would be very thankful.

    It's the plastic nut from the kick panel in the footwell. Look in the forward, lower corner of the footwell kick panel and you will see where it came from. ;)

    I didn't get a c. ;)

    But these cars are put together with similar pieces.
