I'm attempting to wire in a Double Din Pioneer AXH 3500DAB unit into my 2008 Prius, I need to attach a lead to the foot brake on the car so DVDs can be shown whilst parked up. Would there be a wire by the footbrake itself, or can I tap into another wire at all?

    Many thanks

just get a 10$ park brake bypass from amazon. it wires to the park wire (green), remote turn on (blue or blue/white) and ground (black). installs right in the harness on the back of the radio that goes to the factory stuff. IIRC, the new head units don't just look for power or ground, but a pulse from the brake sender. the bypass unit mimics this and lets all functions work all the time. safety first and all that, use your head lol. good luck
