Pioneer stereo + TYTO-01 = no sound?

I wonder if anyone can help me. I've got a 2010 Prius with a Pioneer AVH-1400DVD that I'm trying to install. Since the Prius has the JVC system, I'm using the Metra TYTO-01 interface. I've got it wired up just like in the manual, the stereo powers up, but I'm getting zero sound.

I've read around online that you have to make sure the blue/white cable on the interface hooks up to the blue/white on the stereo harness, and Ive done that, but still no dice. Has anyone else put in a radio with this kit, and has an idea what's up? I'd appreciate it, thanks.
