Does anyone know how to put the prius in the accessory mode after moving the car and the car has been running. so you can listen to radio or roll down the windows with turning the car off, but turning the engine off.

After you have moved the car push the power button once. That will turn off the hybrid system. Pushing the power button again with your foot off the brake will turn on ACC mode where you can run the radio but not the windows. The power button will show a green light. Pressing the power button again will allow you to run the windows and an orange light will appear on the power button. After adjusting the windows push the power button twice (once for off and once for accessories). I never leae the car in IG/ON orange light for very long.

As long as you keep your foot off the brake you will cycle through OFF - ACC- IG/ON-OFF, etc. Soon as you step on the brake pedal pushing the button will power on the car.

There's no way to do this without interrupting the radio briefly.

But tell us more: what's the situation? Why do you want to keep the engine from running?

Just put the car in park. The engine should stop on it's own, and then it's really no different than being in IG-ON mode. The only difference (and advantage) being that if the battery gets lower than it should be, then the engine will turn on and charge it (note that this won't take very long if your A/C is running, so feel free to turn that off if your goal is to do nothing more than hear the radio or something).
