Please after services ( Mobil 5w-40) my 2007 Toyota Prius hybrid the engine was vibrating

    You will need to look into it further and provide more information. I highly doubt that using that oil has anything to do with it.

    U make sure there is oil in the engine? Put the plug back in? Oil filter?
