Please Help 2005 prius will no start

    I have 2005 prius front collision and I hv battery is charged and I did not wiring the headlight heat storage tank.
    when I try to start it I get the hybrid warning light in the main screen And traingle warning light in the dashboard so I can not get the car in the ready state what I have to do.
    Please help me
