    I been frustrate with dealers and will have to short to PC for wheel for my daughter :
    1. Any Prius Gen is ok, I don't want to deal with 2k expense so battery must be decent.
    2. Clean title only.
    3. I am open for anywhere in CA, and other state: but, it must pass CA smoke . Thanks my non elect- Dems.
