I have a Prius that I posted about in April of this year. Now a triangle is back with Code P3191.I had a lifetime warranty with green bean. Now The car won’t go into gear or the car won’t go into ready mode. Is this a issue with the hybrid battery? If not how can I fix it? This happen on Friday. I just had the oil change 2 weeks just before this. Also got my brake fluid change since that was low. Don’t know if this has anything to do with that not starting. Any help would be appreciated. The car has 165,984 Miles Thanks again.

    Yep
7 bars of gas. I wonder if this is hv battery problem again or engine problem? I did get the inverter pump replaced earlier this year. as well with hv battery replaced earlier this year as well The engine won’t kick in. The 12V is at 11.89 but I don’t think that will cause the engine not to kick in. FYI I did get maf change on Wednesday since I did have the P0101 Code since last Sunday. The car broke down on Friday

    P3191 indicates an engine problem.

Techstream voltages for battery. P3191 is still here. I wonder if it’s a maf sensor problem since I had replaced two days before this code p3191 came up.

The MAF sensor is definitely one of the things to be thinking about, since P1391 is an engine problem. But there can be lots of possible causes for poor engine power or failure to start, so maybe the MAF sensor shouldn't be your only focus.

Do you have the repair manual troubleshooting section for P1391? Do you have a freeze-frame for that code?
