Prius 2004 headlamp issue

    Hello all,

    My passenger side headlamp high beam does not work.
    Low beam works perfectly on both side but on high beam only the driver side bulb works.

    I am assuming I have HID lamps as I have fog lights as well. But I am not entirely sure as I have recently purchased it from a used dealer.

    Why is that happening?
