Prius 2007 hatchback won't open to access dead battery

    I can't jump dead 12 v battery because I can't open the hatchback to access it. Any suggestions?

    you can apply 12 volts to the jump point under the hood (easiest) or crawl in the back and use the emergency cable at the inside bottom of the hatch. (see owners manual)
