prius 2010 DVD/GPS

    I bought a prius 2010 recently. It has the DVD/GPS installed but when I touch the GPS icon it does not respond to me. Also the TV function works but it says there is no signal. I'm new to the navigation system. Can anyone pls help me in this regard.
