Today my wife asked to me to go to my neece's soccer game. Normally, I would complain that it was too far since it was a 45 minute drive each way for an hour game. Instead, I realized that it would be a beautiful day for a drive and I could make my wife happy at the same time.

Now I realize, I'm addicted to my Prius!

900-mile round trip drive for a job interview last week. 48 fun miles per gallon. Pour me another one.

    I have a 2-step program:

    1. Get in the car.

    2. Drive somewhere.

    It's cheaper than smoking now.

I don't have a problem. I can stop anytime I want; I just happen to like driving the Prius. ;)

    Okay,

After hearing from the rest of you, I now know I'm okay. I will continue to drive the Prius repeatedly and smile when glancing over at the MPG readout.

    Thanks everyone,

If it is that addicting, do you think that the government will make it illegal :D

It feels to me like driving is not much of a chore anymore these days, with a Prius. Every drive is like a joyride, no matter how many miles one covers or how long it takes to get there, wherever 'there' is...
