Prius C 2013 Recommendations for Dash Rear and Backup Cam?

Hello, I want to add a dash/rear cam for my Prius C (I believe trim One) as well as a backup cam.

Any recommendations for a modestly priced (under 200 USD preferred) dash/rear cam? Particularly looking for a cam that can catch license plates reliably.

And a decent backup cam (Mainly looking for something that can tell me distances so I don't hit anything)?

Also, any recommendations for a mechanic/installer in Bay Area, California, USA?
