    I'm reminded of a line I read in a car magazine many years ago: "GM is in the transportation business -- transporting money from your wallet to theirs."

    Yes, it is sad when I have to explain their products to the salesperson. And this is common, not just for automobiles. Very sad when one considers our modern access to information. Truth is, the vast majority of people use the internet primarily for entertainment, not to learn new things.
