Prius can't see foot on brake. Car won't start

    I suspect my prius cannot sense I have my foot on the brake & prius will not start. What should I check? Fuse?

    brake light switch. have someone look at the lights while you apply the pedal. but if this is the case, it should go to accessory mode.

    where the rear hatch door closes, and latches onto the sill mechanism.

    If you have an SKS keyfob, try placing it in the slot underneath the power button.
