Prius Costco

    Got my Prius on time just when they said I would but wanted to let everybody know I bought mine through Costco.I got the top of the line available in Calif.a package 6 with tinted windows and a bra for 27,100. After shopping around and not finding many deals on this vehicle I know I saved some money. When I called costco they sent me to a toyota dealer showed him my costco card and he pulled out a book entitled costco with the price. No haggeling aloud. They filled out all the paper work i9ncluding my car pool lane application. Turned out to be one of ther better car deals I have had

    just call costco and ask for there auto program. The number is probably different in every state but I am not sure. If they have the car you want on the lot you drive away with it the same day I had just missed the dealers delivery by 3 days so I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks.Costco then calls you after you have made the deal and asks you about how you were treated at the dealer.

    MSRP is $26,880 for package 6, so I don't think Costco made any difference.

    Did you just pick it up?

    That costco card just saved you $-3150 over having waited until 1/1/06 to take delivery.
