    Can we use Parts like Engine, Gear and other main component of RHD Prius in LHD Prius. ?

    welcome! i don't see why not. my concern would be things like pollution equipment and other spec designs for different countries.

    You need to know what part you're ordering and what you're replacing. The RHD and LHD models do have some differences, such as the location of the brake master cylinder. The engine itself is the same, but mounting locations and other fixtures might be different. You can buy a three day subscription to Toyota to grab all of their technical documentation if you're contemplating such work.
