prius gen 2 tires on prius c

    just put new hankook optima h727 p195/60r-15 tires on my 2004 prius in march,i am now buying a prius c and want to put these on the new prius c instead of the factory tires,would they cause a problem?i'm thinking not but i don't know anything about tires.

    They are a little wider and taller than the OE 15" c tires but they should work.

    kkim is becoming the resident wheel guru for the c so I defer to his knowledge on these cars. I also agree the tire may be a bit pinched as the recommended wheel size for that tire is 5.5 to 7".

    I don't know if guru is the correct term... more like one dumb enough to try different things. :p

    My aim is to augment the collective wisdom that is already here on PC and hopefully contribute something useful, someday.
