It's an '04 model year though, correct?

I think it depends...I've been driving my early '04 for 70k miles and over 4 years and it's fantastic...I have no concerns about it at all. That said I have had the MFD replaced and all recalls and several of the TSBs.

If the price is good, if the MFD's been replaced and/or it has an extended warranty, and it's been well serviced with all recall work and such then I can think of no good reason not to get it.
