    Where is best place online to get OEM parts

    Looking for

    Water pump
    Serpentine belt

    04 prius 92k

    Since I am here would you know if I can change with basic tools I want to try if I can at home.

    Sorry cannot help you with part suppliers since I am in the UK and I assume your somewhere in the US. Yes the pump can be changed with basic tools. The most problematic part is getting all the air out of the system after changing the pump If you put your location in your avatar or in your post you will get a better response.
