Do you know what "DILCAR" is from?

It's from Dilbert's electric car... which is pretty humorous. That car is loaded with gizmos. But Dogbert is the only one that knows how to make the wheels squeal.

Seeing a Prius on Family Guy (which is a show that I absolutely love) is really cool. Victory is mine!

Dennis Kucinich was a US presidential candidate in 2004. I think one would find that a lot of Prius owners voted for him in the primary (those that live in the US, of course).

Presto, where did you see the sneak preview? Not that it matters too much since it premieres in less than a week anyway...

I heard Seth McFarlane on (I think it was) NPR about eight months ago talking about the new season. He is no fan of the current administation, and promised that the new episodes will take some serious political stabs.

He specifically addressed Brian the dog's Prius. Apparently, he and the writers thought that (based on Brian's personality) Brian would naturally drive an environmentally friendly Prius, and would have supported a far-left anti-war candidate like Kucinich. In the interview, he kind of portrayed Brian as sticking to his views even though he is a loser (at least on the political spectrum).

Not sure if you use torrents, but it's massively seeded on TorrentSpy.com now so it'll download the 280MB episode in around 5-10min. Or you could just wait till next week, but I suspect some scenes might be taken out. It is a side-splitter :)

Call me out of the loop, but which channel is going to be airing the show? I'd like to set up the DVDR to record it.

Looks like that Prius has had a Lamborghini Countach front end conversion! BTW, what is this 'Family Guy'?

Well, it's an animated sitcom about a dysfunctional American family. On Fox.

(What, you still need it narrowed down? :D )

After several attempts, I've decided not to watch it. Which is a pity, because the stream-of-consciousness humor is often hilarious.

It's just the sitcom-y part that I can't take. THe characters leave me absolutely cold (except for the megalomaniacal kid, and Brian the dog.)

I'm sticking to The Simpsons, and giving Family Guy a pass.
