Prius Owner CA State Senate Candidate Attacked by Big Business

Smear campaigns are business as usual these days, making it difficult to really know where the candidates stand on the issues.
The best web site I've found to get the staight scoop (or poop) on candidates and elected officials is:

They seem to be truly neutral and dedicated to informing voters with the relevant facts.
SUV or not, this site shows candidate Ellen Corbett has a very pro-environmental record.

What should we do? Call Toyota and threaten to have about a dozen of us closest to San Leandro (including me, probably) drive our Priuses to the Toyota dealer's lot and set them ablaze, if they don't withdraw from CCJR?

Seriously, it makes me wonder what other PACs or 527s or whatever-they-are Toyota contributes to. You never know when an embarrassment from membership in one of these groups might jump up and bite your nice person.
