I've been having a couple of issues to boot especially with the MFD, however, this one happens to be the most annoying of them. My fob has been replaced with a new battery and I've tested several brand new ones to begin troubleshooting. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

    Hello and welcome to Priuschat!
So, please explain more about your problem. Was your fob replaced, or did you just replace the battery? Does a little red light come on the fob when you press a lock/unlock button? (Does the car lock or unlock?) Do you have a second (working) fob for this car?

I assume that this car has smart key (ie, fob has silver toyota logo on back and car has little black button on each exterior door handle and tailgate). I also assume that this fob will start the car if placed in the dash slot. Have you ever had all the smart key functions working on this car with this fob? Have you cycled the SKS button under the steering column?

I do not have a second fob as I bought this car used and a second one wasn't provided. I didn't even know there was a second one. The red light does come on. Cycle the SKS button? I've pushed it in and out a couple of times. I have had all the smart key functions up until about a month ago.

That button is the SKS disable switch, and when it is in the 'in' position then SKS is disabled. If you press the button again to let it out to the 'out' position, SKS is not disabled. What happens when you do that?
