    The Alabama Partners for Clean Air and Tuscaloosa Toyota are giving away a free Prius as an inducement for people to bring their car to a free vehicle emissions tests. All those that take the test by 8/12 are eligible to win the Prius.

    Not interested in a vehicle emissions test? You can also register to win the car by registering at Tuscaloosa Toyota (in Tuscaloosa, AL) by 8/12.
