Prius V leaks. Wet driver and passenger floorboard all the way to the backseat

We have a water leak problem with our 2013 Prius V that has befuddled our local body shop and frustrated us after multiple attempts at getting it fixed. The front driver and passenger side floorboards are wet after any decent rainstorm.

In one of their later attempts, the shop said water was coming down from the roof through the pillar where the seatbelt is, which kind of made sense.

They replaced the panoramic moonroof seal and we thought we were all good until it rained today.

Now the floorboard on both the driver and passenger side were as wet as ever, maybe even wetter than before. We're also hearing the dreaded water sloshing when we move from a stop from what I assume is in the cowl.

We have not had our windshield replaced or the moonroof changed except for the gasket around it.

In the picture below, the water is significant in areas marked 1 and 2 and generally damp in area 3.

Any advice would be appreciated and passed along to the body shop.

Usually it's clogged drains on the roof gutters.

Some water will always make it past the main seal, so they put in a set of gutters to collect that leakage, and a plastic tube carries it down through the window pillar and out. But the tubes can get clogged near the bottom, and once they fill up the gutters will overflow.

We don't have a v or even a sunroof in our c, but that's how many imported cars handle their sunroofs. Toyota doesn't publish the cleaning info in the owners' manual, unfortunately.

Check the spare tire well. Get the water out fast or it's going to smell and maybe even turn into a mold problem.

We had another car with sunroof, and Owners Manual suggested to periodically pour water in sunroof trough, check that it comes out the drains.
