Prius V (wagon) tire size for winter

Hi!

First time poster but long time lurker on this wonderful forum!

I'm wondering has anyone put higher profile tires on the Prius V (wagon) on the 16 inch rims. Winters in Montreal where I live are hell to begin with and the roads are are even worse even when its not snowing. Pinch flats are not uncommon in this city, I've had 2 in the last 3 year along with 1 busted rim.

I was wondering if anyone has mounted 205/65-16's (I think that should fit at least), 205/70-16's or 205/75-16's or taller?

I'm aware that this will change my speedometer reading and am ok with that, I'd rather not have to change out a tire on the side of the highway again in a blizzard in -20 degrees because of a pinch flat again.
