    welcome! still the hybrid battery. what are you reading the codes with?

    Those are diagnostic codes for the Audio/Navigation system, you pulled off the MFD (Multi Function Display). mThe only meaningful information the MFD shows is the 12V battery voltage. But there are better ways to get the 12V battery information (ie, use of a DVM).

    You apparently did not know, or ignored the reality of module replacement: it does NOT work long term. Rebuit/Refurbished HV Battery packs have questionable longevity/reliability. The best long term reliability is a new HV Battery pack. Continuing to replace modules will leave you in a perpetual Ground Hog day.
