Problems with Bluetooth on 2007 Prius

    I have lost my entire phone directory, speed dials, and cellphones that were installed on my 2007 Prius for the 3RD TIME !

    Has anyone else experienced this & know of a solution?

    Probably because the 12V battery got disconnected or is going bad.
