I just had my tires changed from winter tires with studs to all season tires and I have lost about ten miles/gallon in mileage. The tires are the right size and I had the inflation checked which is fine. What could be going on? I  had the vehicle aligned also. Help!

Is this over more than one tank? If it's within one tank, perhaps they had the car on all the time they were changing tires, etc, which depleted the battery and the engine ran to bring it back up. All-season tires should get better mileage than snow tires, assuming you've kept the same diameter tire.
