The sun came out for a few minutes today for me to notice something odd about the bisque interior of my vehicle: while my seats are bisque and the dash is bisque the fuzzy front window arms leading to the roof are gray. Same with the carpet lining the cargo area..gray.
Is this normal, or did I get a car that was slated to be gray?

Yes, that's one disadvantage of having Bisque interior. The gray (standard across the trims) coordinates better with Misty Gray and Dark Gray and no, it's not exactly the same gray as the Misty Gray color.

Yes, it's part of Toyota's quest to create a rainbow in the car. I first noticed they did this on the Tundra when it came out a few years ago.
