Ok I had to take out the plastic screws on the fairing cover on top of the radiator. It was about 6 screws in plastic sleeves. I cannot figure out how to get then to snug up. Any ideas or clues? They just spin. No threads in the sleeve peices.

    Thanks.

I shouldnt have messed with them but dropped a screw when mounting the hood deflector and needed that particular screw!

go ahead and flog me if you must but please help? :fear:

They're not screws. They're little expanding clips, and the
thing that looks like a phillips screw is really a knob you
push in to expand the ears underneath. It's got the screw slot
to let you turn the middle part 90 degrees which pops it up
    enough to allow removal.
    .
So to put them back, you want the top "screw" head raised about
3 mm, insert the fitting carefully down into the hole [the
one next to the orange A/C cable is the tightest], and then
just push the head down to lock it in.

I'm in need of several of those fasteners, but I'm having trouble finding a toyota part number.
Does anyone know the part number?
