Question regarding combination meter/instrument display.

First I'll say hi to everybody, I recently purchased an 08 Prius and am loving it!
The only "issue" that I have found is that there is a smudge or scratch on the lens of the combination meter that appears to be under the glass where the image projects up from the dash. Is it possible to remove the lens and clean or replace as needed, or would the entire combination meter need to be replaced? Thanks in advance for any help.
