Radio Tuning Help (Please)

We have a Japaneese Imported Prius in New Zealand and one huge issue is the radio - FM in
japan is very different to the rest of the world the car came with a 'band expander' but
reception is not very good...

Can you check if the radio in North American Prius can tune even and odd frequencies (ex.
100.0, 100.1, 100.2, 100.3, 91.0, 91.1, 91.2, etc.) if this is the case I could buy a Prius radio
from a salvage yard in the USA and solve the issue at a very low cost...

There will only be stations on ODD frequencies in the USA, our stations are on EVEN
frequencies in New Zealand.
