Ran over a damn cinderblock & ripped of a metal shield cover.

Hiya guys,

I was backing out of a friend's driveway & ran over a cinderblock they had holding their makeshift plywood ramp in place (everything is still very muddy & damp from Irma & king tides).

I'm not sure what the technical term is for the plate & was wondering if you guys could offer any advice on how to search for it or if it's worth replacing. I checked everything else out after we got the block removed, and that seems to be the only thing damaged.

I was told maybe it's an exhaust shield, but I can't find anything matching that piece when I google it.
