My cell phone provider upgraded my phone and my bluetooth stopped working in my 2010 Prius. I've "paired" the phone again, but the speed dial settings still are not working. Do I have to reset those as well? Any suggestions?

Since you had to pair your phone after the phone upgrade (since the car didn't recognize it), any contacts, speed dials, etc. associated with the old phone are not associated with what the car views as a new phone.

I had to reset my phone a couple of days ago. Bluetooth would no longer connect, I ended up deleting the old connection and starting over. Fortunately it downloaded all of my contacts with no problems. Haven't used speed dial though.
