Rear Battery terminal disconect?

    Hi was wondering If you could help guide me 2 disconect the rear battery, everything is still hooked up in the back and we are dismantling the entire vehicle.

    Like is there a procedure to take off the plugs or somthing 2 watch out for before doing so?

    Note that the 12V battery is in the right rear and the traction battery is just behind the rear seat. Remove the 12V battery -ve terminal first. Treat the traction battery as per the document in the above post. Once the 12V is removed there should be no connection to external wiring from the traction battery, unless there is some kind of fault. Note that the traction battery weights about 100 lbs so be careful when removing it. You would be more likely to throw out your back than electrocute yourself. ;)
