I'm new to the forum and so apologize in advance if this has already been discussed...

Is there any way to view the rear camera while in drive?

    Thanks!

Hang on to the rear bumper and it's just right under the license overhang. Be careful if you are doing this at speed.

I am sure that you would probably like to use the camera while not in "R". I just did mine today. There are some great links on this site to do that, and it is easy.

Dang you beat me to the question, I was curious about this feature also, thats an interesting link just below, not sure if I would want to drill a hole in my speaker nor disassemble the dash though.

You cannot believe how EASY the dash comes apart until you have done it. Just follow the instructions on Darrell's site. The whole thing is made to pop apart quickly and easily! B)

Plus, just because the switch is up by the speaker in that installation doesn't mean you have to put it there. Run the wires to any location you want.

Darrell's excellent site is about mods on an 06, does anyone know if anything is different for doing this mod (and also the speed sensor ones) on an 07?

    Thanks!

to answer my own question, I did both mods on my 07, and it is exactly the same and worked fine
