My wife has a2008 Prius. There is a annoying rattle in the rear that seems to be caused by the rear spoiler (between the windows on the hatchback) being loose. how is the hatchback inner trim panel(s) retained, and what is the best method to remove said panels?

I have tried prying the panels loose with plastic body clip tools, but am afraid of breaking something. Is there a trick or procedure, or do I just use muscle and foul language? (Another caveat, I don't speak Japanese, and I don't know if English cusswords will help.)

Just pull down real hard, it'll all come apart. There are 11 clips holding the large inner panel together. The small panel that covers the spoiler is easy to remove after that.
